It is recommended to use create an account or log in (if you haven't already) as your public IP address is used instead of a username if you don't log in. We have attached a link to our Privacy Policy if you have any concerns about how data is handled.
Creating Pages/Articles
Found a page, or article which doesn't exist yet? Feel free to create it. You can always start an article and mark it as incomplete - simply by adding a note "Page Incomplete".
Please ensure references are listed at the bottom of each page or article that you create with a footnote or the built-in "references" function in the visual editor.
If you believe the page belongs in a specific category feel free to add it to a category.
Modifiying, updating or changing articles
Anyone can modify, update or make changes to an article or page except from protected pages. Protected pages are set by administrators on pages which are either:
- High Traffic,
- Suffer from a lot of vandalism,
- Mission-critical (or required pages) such as the Privacy Policy.
Protected pages cannot be edited by anyone except administrators or anyone else who has sufficient permissions to do so.
Content Reviewing and Fact Checking
Trusted volunteers such as site Adminisrators or Reviewer users are able to "patrol" as such and review pages which are pending changes. We aim to get this done as quickly as possible.
This does not apply to discussions or comments, however abusive, rude or NSFW comments will be removed.
